Four Quick Things for you on this Friday!

1. The Story of the Spirit

Pastora Inés officially kicked off our Spring Eastertide Series last Sunday. And it was a Word, y’all! There was so much Spirit-spoken wisdom in that sermon! If you missed it (or you just want to catch it again), you can check it out here! It’s such a pastoral and insightful look at the Spirit’s movement all throughout the Old Testament.

2. Find a Way to Serve

We’re in a season as a church where we’re growing in new and exciting ways! To build sustainable teams that invite flourishing, we’re inviting each of us to look for opportunities to jump in! You can see a myriad of ways to do so and sign up as well right here: Volunteer Team sign-up form.

3. Save the Date for Ladies’ Night

Ladies, please save the date for a Women’s Night at the home of Belle & Nicole on Saturday, May 13, 6:30-9:30, for a casual evening of hanging out together and good food! The “goal” is to create a gigantic charcuterie table to gather around and enjoy. Please bring an item to add to the table and a beverage of choice. Weather permitting, we will spend the bulk of the time outside. Please feel free to come anytime after 6:30 pm. Please RSVP here.

4. Sabbath Sunday in May

Lastly, our next Sabbath Sunday will be May 28th. That means no official church service that day. We aim to build these into the calendar throughout the year to give us communal rhythms of rest. We invite you to seek shalom however the Spirit may lead you that day.
