Rob McBryde provides leadership to several operational areas of the church such as managing databases, finances, organizational structure, and all things web related.

Rob earned a Master of Arts in Youth Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Arkansas State University. After several years of vocational ministry and then many more years working in digital agencies, Rob’s pastoral experience and desire to see others flourish intersect with his professional skills of keeping teams aligned and operating efficiently. He’s a Senior Program Manager at Red Hat where he is known for creating safe spaces and making people feel seen and heard.

Rob met Inés in 2003 when they both worked at Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas. After being just friends and coworkers for about 9 months, they started dating and were married 6 months later. They are the parents of one amazing son Nash who loves soccer, skateboarding, and almost all the same music that Rob does.
